SHIPPING
Team NL takes extreme pride in fulfilling and shipping orders for all of our loved customers.
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days.
Orders shipped via UPS GROUND can take 5-7 days to arrive pending the postal service in your area.
We value you as a customer and are as elated to see you in our latest pieces.
Please note - SHOP NICHOLE LYNEL / NL THE LABEL is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS or additional shipping carriers (e.g. high-volume holidays like Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day or New Years Day).
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
SHOP NICHOLE LYNEL / NL THE LABEL does not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or after cut-off on the day before, will be processed the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customer will be responsible for all fees associated with international shipping.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Please Note - Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will delay the delivery of your entire order.
Please email us at orders@shopnicholelynel.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order: (Item must be valued at $350+ to split and ship separately).
Split request for orders under $350 will be $15.
Please note - estimated shipment dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
TRACKING MY ORDER
Standard shipping on domestic items is ranges between 7-10 business days from order date. This includes our 5-7 business days for processing plus an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
Delivery time does not include weekends (Saturdays or Sundays), nor holidays.
All orders in stock will leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume). Once the order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work, please visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.
MISSING ORDER
If your order is missing, please following the below steps for updates and/or retrieval.

Allow 1-2 days for UPS feedback and/or updates.
Please note - SHOP NICHOLE LYNEL/ NL THE LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customer(s) will assume all responsibility once a confirmation number is issued.
Please double-check that all information is input properly for shipping purposes.
Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned to your order.
Customer assumes responsibility for costs associated with shipping both ways if order items must be sent back.
RETURN TO SENDER
If this occurs, when it arrives we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We are happy to resend an order back to you for a small coverage fee of $9.
Orders sent back as "unclaimed" or "unable to forward" or "return to sender" may be subject to a $15 re-shipping fee.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for re-shipping. Once it is paid, we will happily reship the item.
